These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the technology, applications, websites, content, products, and services made available by PBHC Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “PBHC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

About PBHC Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd.

PBHC Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. acts as a bridge between independent healthcare professionals and caregivers (“Caregivers”) providing in-home personal and medical care services (“Services”) and you or the patient receiving such services (“Patient”). PBHC conducts background and experience verification of Caregivers through independent verification agencies. The actual Services are rendered solely by the Caregivers and not directly by PBHC.

Customer Agreement

By requesting Services from PBHC on behalf of the Patient, you acknowledge that such Services are provided based on medical advice from a registered medical practitioner. You understand and accept all risks associated with in-home healthcare services. PBHC strives to ensure quality services but shall not be responsible for any service errors, negligence, misconduct, or criminal activity by Caregivers.
You acknowledge that healthcare services inherently carry risks including possible adverse outcomes, permanent disability, or mortality. PBHC does not guarantee recovery or specific outcomes. You agree to provide a safe, respectful, and harassment-free environment for Caregivers. PBHC is authorized to collect, store, and share Patient data (without revealing identity) for service delivery purposes and shall not be liable for misuse by third parties.
Payments must be made as agreed and shall not be linked to treatment outcomes.

Scheduling Appointments

Service appointments may be scheduled via the PBHC website www.pbhchealthcare.com , mobile application, or customer support. A Service request is considered confirmed only after receiving official booking confirmation from PBHC.

Caregiver Assignment

PBHC maintains a pool of verified Caregivers. While preferences are considered, PBHC reserves the right to assign or change Caregivers as deemed appropriate. Continuity of the same Caregiver is not guaranteed and may change without prior notice.

Payment Terms

Payments may be made via cash, online payment gateways, or cheque in favor of PBHC Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. Delayed payments may result in cancellation or suspension of services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on the PBHC website, mobile application, and service platforms is owned by PBHC or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited and protected under applicable copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

PBHC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The total aggregate liability of PBHC for any claims arising from the use of services shall not exceed INR 100 (Rupees One Hundred Only).

Information Provided to PBHC

You agree to provide accurate personal and medical information of the Patient. PBHC may share such information with assigned Caregivers strictly for service delivery. Incorrect information may affect service quality and outcomes.

Customized Services & Payment Flow

PBHC evaluates each Patient’s needs individually and proposes a customized care plan. Services commence only after mutual agreement and receipt of payment, except in urgent cases. Payments may be requested via SMS, email, website, or mobile app using third-party payment gateways.

Communications

You consent to receive service-related and promotional communications via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email from PBHC and assigned Caregivers.

Termination

PBHC reserves the right to terminate services at any time with or without cause through SMS or email notification.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the service agreement and deployment documentation shared during onboarding

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Reassignment of the same Caregiver on rescheduled appointments is not guaranteed. PBHC may cancel or reschedule services without prior notice if required.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
